The Issue

Currently, 72% of all leadership roles in the Bay Area youth Ultimate community are held by men, which means they hold a disproportionate amount of space, power and agency to grow and develop the future of our sport.

The Solution

By intentionally and unapologetically investing in the next generation of strong, lifelong leaders, we hope to create a world where there is equal representation of all genders in Ultimate, at every level and position of power.

All high school athletes of underrepresented gender identities are welcome to apply. We strive for a tangibly inclusive and safe space. Selected participants will join a new cohort (regardless of their year in high school) and work through our leadership program.
